01 · Begins with a warm foot bath
Focused pressure-point work on the soles, insteps and calves that lightens the whole body — an old Thai tradition for tired feet.
02 · Where the day settles
Concentrated work where the day accumulates: the neck, shoulders and upper back. Releases knots and clears the head.
03 · The classic form
Dry massage on a mat along the body’s energy lines — pressure, stretches and yoga in one continuous treatment. You stay in comfortable clothing.
04 · Soft and continuous
Warm oil and long, even strokes. Softer and slower than the dry form — deep relaxation for body and nervous system.
05 · Warmth that stays
Pure coconut oil, warmed and worked into the muscles in slow strokes. Feeds the skin and warms deeply — especially welcome in winter.
06 · Firm and deliberate
Slow, firm work on stubborn knots and deep-seated muscle tension. The pressure is always set together with you.
07 · Two together, one room
Two treatments at the same time, side by side. Choose between traditional, oil, hot coconut oil and deep tissue.
