Terms — Jurtahúsið

This English text is an informational translation. The Icelandic version of these terms is the binding one.

Prices

All prices are in Icelandic krónur and include VAT. Prices are published subject to entry errors, and Jurtahúsið reserves the right not to complete a purchase where an incorrect price has been displayed.

Payments

Payment is made by card. Card transactions are processed on Teya’s secure payment page, and card details never reach Jurtahúsið’s servers. An order is considered paid when payment confirmation has been received from the payment provider.

Delivery

Orders can be collected at Jurtahúsið, Garðatorg 7, or shipped with Íslandspóstur to your nearest post office unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and goods are not shipped until payment has been received.

Returns

Returns are accepted within two weeks of delivery. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and the item must be in its original condition with unbroken packaging. Refunds are issued as store credit, except for faulty goods, which are refunded in full. Returns can be made at Jurtahúsið or arranged via jurtahusid@jurtahusid.is.

Gift cards

Gift cards are handed over in person or shipped under the delivery terms above. The holder books a treatment through Jurtahúsið’s booking system or by phone.

Bookings and cancellations

A booked slot is held for 15 minutes past its start time in case of delay; after that, priority is lost. Cancellations require at least 6 hours’ notice. Jurtahúsið reserves the right to charge a fee for unannounced no-shows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Any dispute shall be resolved before the Icelandic courts.
